My Story

As an advanced Pain Reprocessing Therapist and chronic pain coach, I guide women from constant pain and overwhelm to a life of possibility and joy. I understand this journey personally—after 18 months of debilitating back pain that kept me from playing with my children or even sitting comfortably, I discovered the transformative power of mind-body healing.

Through studying the newest pain science and nervous system healing, I not only recovered but discovered a more vibrant way of living. Today, I enjoy activities from rock climbing to paddleboarding without fear, and most importantly, I can be fully present as a mom.

My extensive background in psychology, behavioral health, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, combined with my personal experience, allows me to offer something unique: a pathway to healing that's grounded in both science and deep understanding. I know what it's like to feel trapped by pain, and I know the way out.
